Tadeh has been so helpful and on point during the whole process. We started our search in the beginning of the year, but weren't quite serious, due to the housing prices being so high. Tadeh set up a few different searches for us, so we can see the pricing difference between Single family residences and Townhouses. We ended up getting more serious about Townhouses. As soon as we set our mind on one, Tadeh made it happen, talking to the Seller, setting up time to go see the house, asked all questions we had in mind and kept our worries at bay. Tadeh always kept it real during the whole process. He made it so smooth, and always answered our calls when something came up. We put in our offer 9/10, and the sellers accepted our offer the same weekend. He was able to sway them to lower the closing costs. He kept the signing of the documents so organized, and convenient for us, by using docusign. Thanks Tadeh for making this happen!!
