It started with a random conversation standing in line at a coffee shop. He found us a solution to a difficult situation, holding our hands through a difficult short sale negotiation and finding us a program that would help us purchase another home. Now 5 years later, he assisted us through a cash sale with a temporary lease and danced circles around the seller and realtor for our new home. Always, he had our backs, making sure we would come out on top. Tab is like a master conductor, orchestrating every nuance of the deal. His creativity and masterful knowledge of the business is amazing. His responsiveness is such that I would swear we were his only client at the time. He is a joy to work with and fun to be around.
