Our last sales transaction was a more complicated than normal in several ways. Without getting into the details, I was the listing agent for the seller that happen to be a CA broker that had to farm out due to legal responsibilities of being a executor of a family trust, and being challenged by family attorneys, there was renters involved, etc. Sylvia, made this transaction go very smoothly and helped making this a good experience for everyone one involved!
