We had a contract on our (well, my mother's) 50-year-old home eight days after listing, at full asking price, which was $25K higher than another real estate agent we interviewed had recommended (and at a lower commission). We live out-of-state, so Sylvia was immensely helpful as we negotiated selling (and emptying) a house 2500 miles away--from recmmending a food bank for all the food in the pantry to actually helping at our estate sale to providing us easy access to the multitiude of legal documents.
