Knowledgeable and Responsive
Sylkia makes herself available at the drop of a hat to answer any and all questions. When giving paperwork, she makes sure to communicate that she can help with any doubts and tracks that everything is done. The sale of my house went very smoothly and she gave good guidance with choosing the purchasers. We had multiple offers within 24 hours and with Sylkia’s guidance, we had accepted an offer within 2 days. She was very helpful and I recommend her if you want a knowledgeable, communicative, and professional agent.
