I cannot recommend svetlana enough. She has been our guide in our 2 years house search and has been patient and encouraging to help us find our dream home. As first time home buyers the process was overwhelming being working parents with a toddler and she held our hand gracefully and made the process as smooth as possible. Svetlana helped my wife and I buy our first home! We not only bought our best option in the market, we also got a favorable price in a competitive neighborhood which met all our prerequisites. Two months in and we are very happy - we made the best biggest decision ever. And, we did all of this just as COVID-19 started and Svetlana helped us get through times that were becoming uncertain and stressful. Her work ethic, knowledge of the industry and her connections to lenders, escrow officers and other agents turned out to be the best resources we needed that we had been looking for ages on the internet. We considered buying in different markets, all over from South Bay to East Bay, while we were renting in Nob Hill and Svetlana helped us prioritize and determine what was important to us. Her infectious cheeriness will lift you up in those days when you want to give up on buying a place and are tired of going to all the open houses. We did not own a car so she drove us to open houses a couple of times and to do inspection on a place we had made the final offer on. She knows how to place bids in a winning position and work extremely collaboratively with the seller side. She was able to negotiate better terms for our purchase while we were already in escrow and SIP was enforced. We finally ended up buying a home in Jack London Square, Oakland which is not Svetlana's primary market of service but she worked with us as we insisted on working with her. She did all the homework, worked with us on evaluating a few serious options we considered and put offers on, and navigated our entire search and buying process with ease and finesse: we didn’t feel any bumps. When our relocation process started, we were granted a realtor through a relo company. From the get go things did not go well and we could not establish a trusting relationship. Then, through a recommandation we connected with Svetlana. From here, things got ‘easy’ (when actually, nothing is easy about understanding San Francisco real estate market).
