I am a third generation Humboldt County resident and am happy to call this beautiful county my home. I am a graduate of Eureka High School, College of the Redwoods, and Humboldt State University. I received my real estate license in 2002 and have established a successful business, mostly through repeat clients and referrals, from being knowledgable, honest, trust-worthy, and pleasant to work with. I put my clients first and make sure every detail is covered so that their home buying and/or selling experience is productive and enjoyable. I work hard to find buyers the property they desire and take them through the home buying process from start to finish as smoothly as possible. For sellers, I help guide them in preparing their homes to get top dollar and setting an appropriate list price. I help bring them qualified buyers by advertising in the most productive ways. I help negotiate the best possible terms on their contract and then provide all the necessary support, guidance and disclosures while walking them through the entire escrow process.
