Amazing realtor!
Sara really goes above and beyond to ensure every need is met. She was there for every step of the process. We had a very difficult sell/buy situation and Sara had all of the resources that we needed to get us through the situation and in to our new home! We are very thankful for Sara’s hard work!

Really great realtor to work with
Sara was a knowledgeable agent who helped us a lot in a slow market and a negative experience with the buyers. She did everything in her power to try and make the experience better and we appreciate all she did. She was instrumental in making accommodations to make sure our house sold. She was thoughtful, kind, communicative, and understanding. Would recommend her to anyone.

Sara has represented me in three real estate transactions now and has delivered the same level of professionalism, competence, level-headedness, dependability, and responsiveness each time. Sara is responsive in critical moments; she will be on top of a situation until it gets resolved, which is paramount when closing real estate deals. I highly recommend her if you are purchasing or selling in the Humboldt County area.

Sara will be our real estate agent for life!
We were already very impressed with Sara, who made everything about this transaction among the easiest and quickest we've ever had. But a true test of any professional is how they handle things after all the money's changed hands and most people have moved onto other things. In this case, we had an emergency in that we'd left a critical set of keys locked in our car and garage, and the only way we could see to meet our deadlines was to overnight another set to Sara, ask her to go get them and overnight both sets back to us asap. This meant getting them by 2pm, driving 30 mins each way and overnighting them back to us by 5pm the same day-- all in a very busy real estate office and market. Since this was over 10 days after the close of escrow, many agents might have told us they were too busy-- but not Sara (and not any hint of inconvenience, I might add). She immediately responded to our text (as usual) and was only too happy to take what had to be a couple of hours out of her day. Once again, she saved the day (did so on a couple of previous occasions as well). Thus, if we're buying or selling in or around Humboldt, Sara will always be our first choice, and we'd recommend her to any of our closest family or friends without qualification. Thank you, Sara, for too many things to list here (literally, with only 2k characters, there would never be enough room!).

The best house hunting experience!
