Brittany was the utmost in professionalism. She communicated so well with us, and would come by after we got off work to “talk us off a ledge” when it seemed like our plans weren’t being realized on our timeline. Given the many variables of selling a house, she calmly and rationally talked us through many options that could help alleviate our anxiety. She was great at following up with other agents who did showings at our house, and giving us that feedback as soon as possible. More than the professional aspect though, Brittany genuinely cared about us making a new start, with as much $ as we could in our pocket once we moved. I could tell that she enjoys helping families realize their dreams, and it showed. She became more of a friend than a realtor.

Brittany is pleasant, helpful, willing to clean, vacuum, arrange inspections, meet with inspectors, hang smoke alarms, repair fences, made sure we met all of our time frames/restrictions. Overall, very friendly, she talked with existing neighbors, answered any of their questions. Always available for us! We highly recommend her!
