Sold after 22 yrs

I would highly recommend the Milazzo Team, who exceeded all of our expectations. After 22 years, my husband and I put our beloved family home in the hands of Suzy and Guy. After having less than ideal experiences in the past, we were very cautious. Suzy and Guy treated us like family from the start. They provided the equivalent of a high-end concierge service, with attention to every detail. No call or text went without an immediate response. Their 15+ years of expertise in staging and presenting homes resulted in the sale of our home, at lightning speed. In our opinion, what especially made them stand out was their level of professionalism. They engaged all parties in a constant flow of communication, anticipating the requirements every step of the way. They quickly built trust with all involved due to their integrity and exceptional work ethic. Their reputation preceded them, and they did not disappoint. What could have been a high stress situation turned out to be pleasant and rewarding. We will be forever grateful for this life-changing experience.
