There are good, very good and excellent brokers, but there is no word to define the type of service that Suzy and Guy Milazzo provide to their clients. It is simply off the charts. From the listing to the guidance and support, to the patience to work with a nervous client and prevent them from making stupid mistakes during the process. Suzy is 100% there for her clients including being there for EVERY showing, inspection, etc. She not only is supportive during any negotiation but literally saved me thousands of dollars that I would have otherwise have paid to cover items that did not have to be covered. (i.e. and older roof that had no leaks where the buyer wanted money back). Suzy explained that they were aware of the age of the room when they made the offer and that there are no leaks and that the seller (me) was not required to make any concession in that regard. I even had to get into a crawl space under the house which had not been opened in some 35 years. She recommended a handyman who came, got us in, reclosed the entrance, and charged a very reasonable fee for the service. And, she was there for it as she is for everything that is involved in the sale. Perhaps the best way I can put it, is that using another broker would be cheating yourself out of the very best.

When it came time for to sell my parents home, the only choice for me was to work with Suzy and Guy Milazzo. Knowing I would be in good hands it made things a bit easier. Both Suzy and Guy held my hand from start to finish. Patiently took every call or text and re assured me when things became a little crazy. Best realtors!
