Suzi is fantastic. We were frequently impressed with her attention to detail and her knowledge of the process. We never made a request for information that she was not able to supply. If we asked a question for which she did not have a ready answer she obtained the information within a short time. She scheduled viewings at times that were convenient for us. She is always smiling and she laughed at my husband's nonsense. Even after closing she has continued contact us to check on how things are going and offering assistance if needed.

Even though the house was sold 'as is', Suzi managed to get several valuable concessions from the seller, including a new roof installed. Without her extensive knowledge I don't think much of this would have been possible. She was very professional and responsive so process moved along quickly and without issues.
