Suzi is fantastic. We were frequently impressed with her attention to detail and her knowledge of the process. We never made a request for information that she was not able to supply. If we asked a question for which she did not have a ready answer she obtained the information within a short time. She scheduled viewings at times that were convenient for us. She is always smiling and she laughed at my husband's nonsense. Even after closing she has continued contact us to check on how things are going and offering assistance if needed.

She worked diligently to find properties that met my most important requirements and she gave me honest feedback to my questions about the places we visited, while in no way attempting to influence my decisions. She adjusted cheerfully when I changed my hunt from houses to town homes and condominiums, and she gave me the benefit of her extensive experience in the Albuquerque market when I considered my offer. Once I made an offer, Suzi was instrumental in answering my questions, either from her own knowledge or by contacting others. As an out-of-town buyer, I relied on Suzi to provide access to the property for the inspector and scheduled repairs. It is difficult to imagine how she could have made the process any smoother! In addition, Suzi was forthright about what she could and could not tell me, as a licensed realtor. This gave me confidence in her professionalism, which was very important to me. I would unhesitatingly use Suzi as my realtor again in the future.

Even though the house was sold 'as is', Suzi managed to get several valuable concessions from the seller, including a new roof installed. Without her extensive knowledge I don't think much of this would have been possible. She was very professional and responsive so process moved along quickly and without issues. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a Realtor.
