I didn't expect anything less from Suzanne but in my opinion, she exceeded my expectations by availing herself for many appointments that would have been quite inconvenient for me to have to attend, keeping me constantly updated as the process moved forward, and moving the site of closing to a location that was much more convenient for myself and the buyers just to name a few things. This was the sale of my childhood home/Mom's home and Suzanne was very patient and understanding with my families need; including a closing date several months into the future of the offer date.
