We met Suzanne as the selling agent for an open house we attended. I had casually asked a question about the neighborhood, not really expecting a response. Suzanne texted me with the answer later that day after she had spoken with the seller. While the house wasn't for us, we knew then that Suzanne was our real estate agent. Our homebuying experience went through the many ups and downs of first time homebuyers, from casually looking, to the sticker shock of a mortgage payment, to pausing the home search, to deciding to rent for longer to save for our house, and then contacting Suzanne again when we were ready to take the plunge. Throughout all of it, she continued to keep in touch just to see how things were going and if we needed anything. Suzanne was responsive to our many questions and attentive to what we were looking for and what we could afford. It's easy to say she sold us the first house she showed us (really!), but there were dozens of emails, texts, and disclosures behind the scenes to help us be the most informed buyers we could be. When we were ready to put in an offer, she pulled everything together on a Saturday night and we negotiated with the sellers on a Sunday night. Once our offer was accepted, Suzanne talked us down from some serious first time buyer jitters and stayed by our side every step of the way until we closed. I cannot recommend Suzanne enough, especially for a first time homebuyer. We could not have asked for a better homebuying experience.
Suzanne was outstanding. My sister and I were going through a difficult situation and she was kind and compassionate through the entire process. She helped both of us from over 500 miles away and made the process as simple as possible with getting maximum value . If I needed to sell another property I would not deal with anyone other than her.
