We cannot say enough GREAT things about Suzanne and her AMAZING Team! Suzanne, Kathie, Erick, and Gretchen have been nothing but extremely helpful, and optimistic from day 1! The team is a full service team, something that we REALLY needed! They had all connections to the contractors that we needed to get our house market ready. When other realtors were not successful, Suzanne guaranteed our house would sell. Our house went on the market and we had 9 showings scheduled, AND we received an offer, over asking price, in less than 1 day! Suzanne's confidence and knowledge eased all of our worries. We cannot thank Suzanne and her team enough for all that they did for us! We highly recommend Suzanne and her team !!
