I cannot thank Suzanne enough for her sale, and our purchase of our first home. We anticipated looking for houses n an hour radius of the Lehigh valley. After looking at about 15 different house across that area (making offers on a few) she kept her positivity high and would bounce back with another house, all meeting our criteria. Finally we found one we liked a lot put a offer in well above asking price, we missed out. At that point we as buyers were discouraged and she kept a positive attitude and found an even better one the next day. Everything we wanted and we landed our offer. Now being a first time home buyer at this point again she lead us in a very straight and simple line making it easy on all the parties, and at times of uneasiness she went out on a limb for us making sure we could close on our closing date! Excellent relator, with lots of knowledge and motivation.
