Suzanne Nafus as a realtor is amazing. She went above and beyond to help us get the house ready to sell and she was able to get it done at the price we wanted even as the housing market is collapsing along with our economy. Selling a house will only keep getting harder as the interest rates continue to skyrocket alongside inflation, but she can still get it done. I was expecting the house to be on the market for months but instead it sold after the first Open House showing. I thought she performed a miracle. I originally picked her because she showed herself to be a wonderful human being saving my lost cat years ago so when the time came I wanted her to be the one to sell the house. No regrets there. It has been my absolute pleasure and I cannot be more satisfied.
The was the first home purchase for my wife and I. We had just moved across the country and were staying with friends while looking for a house.
