Suzanne was referred to me by my sister. She had good things to say about Suzanne ,so we decided to use her as our Realtor. She was helpful in every way. She answered every question we could think of during the process of selling our home . We have sold 4 homes now and this was the best experience we have had. Our dog even loved her for the treats she got. Lorie and I give her a BIG Thank you
Having Suzanne Cook as my real estate agent was one of the best experience I have had as far as selling a home. She was quite knowledgeable in all the areas of this sale and was always ready to help in any way possible. Since this was my first time in selling a home alone Suzanne made me feel at ease and answered the many questions I had. She provided any updates that was needed from the buyers and their agents and in the end there was no other option than to use Suzanne.
Suzanne is an amazing realtor. We are repeat customers. She assisted in buying and selling this property. Both transactions had their share of ups and downs and Suzanne guided us through all of them with flawless service. Her vast experience and knowledge helped us price and pay the right amount to our advantage. Without her experience we would not have been able to retain backup offers on our sale which enabled us to enter into a contract less than 24 hours after the first contract fell through. I would highly recommend Suzanne for all your real estate needs!
Suzanne hasn't had any property sale activity in the last 12 months
