I can't say enough good things about Suzanne. Our home needed a few things done to make it look its best, and Suzanne helped us out and arranged the crews to come in and touch things up. Our first buyer fell through, but Suzanne jumped back on it, and we were back into contract within 48 hours and for a higher sale price. She even was familiar and helpful arranging a remote contract signing as we had already moved out of our home. Again, she is amazing with her industry knowledge, keeping in contact and up to date with her clients, and using her network to reach out to contractors and other agents to get things done.
