Excellent experience w/ our first new build

We were referred to Suzanne by a good friend, and first worked with her as we were in the process of moving 900 miles to find a rental. She was a huge help then in showing us the area we were interested in, so welcoming and informative. When we were ready to commit to building a home 6 months later, we reached out to Suzanne again. We aren’t first-time homeowners, but being that we had never built a new home before, we were so grateful for her professional expertise (and she was also able to offer advice from her own experiences in building homes which was also very helpful). We would not hesitate to work with Suzanne again for any real estate needs and are very thankful to have connected with her for our new build home. She helped facilitate the process and smoothed every bump. When we felt clueless, she clued us in, and when necessary helped us temper expectations.
