Suzanne was an incredible agent to work with. We were out of town buyers but working with Suzanne it almost made no difference. When we could not be in Florida, Suzanne would view homes on our behalf, Facetime us during inspections, and really go above and beyond what I would have expected from an agent. While in town Suzanne would always maximize the effectiveness of our visits. She truly listened to our wants, needs, and preferences and showed us a number of homes that met our requirements. Suzanne has been a great support to me during the whole buying process. I wasn't in immediate need to purchase a house but wanted to take my time to find the right location and right house or builder. Suzanne was very patient and took me to see many different communities on my multiple house hunting trips to the Orlando area. We finally narrowed it down to a new build in Serenoa. She then helped me research the various builders available. When I finally selected the builder and floor plan that best met my needs, she helped me negotiate the contract. The build started and when it was almost complete, Covid 19 hit with me up in NY. Suzanne really helped me push the closing off until I could get into the bank up in NY. She managed the relationship with the builder that really helped. Being remote also presented other issues. Suzanne stepped in and stood in for me on the inspections, and on tasks like setting up the WiFi. In addition to helping out with all the real estate items, Suzanne is a great person. I really consider her a friend. I had a brief experience with a different realtor who did not listen to me at all. I'm so grateful that found Suzanne.
