Suzanne Gaidos

Suzanne was the consummate professional and was completely dedicated to providing excellent customer service. I used her as both my selling agent and buying agent. Timing is always an issue when try to buy and sell at the same time but everything went really was, as good as could have hoped for. Suzanne had good relationships with other realtors which smoothed the way when we were arranging showings and offers/counter offers. She provided advice to me as needed but didn't push me to accept her recommendations. She was very helpful in referring me to a good mortgage broker and to a variety of vendors whose services I needed to resolve items noted during the home inspections on both properties. My prior realtor, who I had used for multiple transactions, had moved out of state so I needed to find someone new. I met Suzanne at an open house and could tell that she would do a good job. I was right! I am so glad I found her and took a chance. I would use her again and would highly recommend her.
