Suzanne is a wonderful agent. She truly has your best interests in mind with everything that you do. We have used her several times with buying and selling houses and she goes above and beyond each time. She will help you with whatever is needed. Her expertise in all areas of buying and selling a house has really helped us and we now consider her a friend!
Suzanne was instrumental in selling our home over the asking price that was posted. We had five bidders, 17 showings and two requests in five days. We had two requests to pay above the original asking price. With her support, we were able to take the buyer’s offer that was above the asking price and let us stay in our condo until we could find suitable temporary housing. With Suzanne’s experience, knowledge and professionalism, we were able to accomplish the first phase of this life-changing event in a quicker than satisfactory timeframe. She will assist us in the next phase which is to find a new home for us. She was available at all times to answer questions and continues to be available in the next phase and give guidance to the next steps in this process which was new to us.
