Suzanne Ash

When we began looking for a house in Guerneville, I was not exactly sure what would be a good fit for me there. Suzanne had the knowledge and resources to show me a bunch of different options and I soon had a good idea of what I would ideally need. We looked at a lot of different types of places and she was very patient as I continued to search for the perfect fit. After months of looking at the different options, we finally found the right place for me and Suzanne was amazingly helpful in getting my offer in and taken care of. I was traveling a lot at the time, so she helped with getting my closing together and gave me tips as to how to approach the seller and their agent appropriately. I am now in my new place and could not be happier with the way things went during the purchasing process. Suzanne has a serious knowledge of the area, patience during the process of finding the right fit, was completely responsive and attentive to my needs as a buyer and was able to get the whole thing done with a minimum of issues. Thank you, Suzanne!

i was a first time seller and was a bit unsure of the process and did not have time to take care of the things that needed to get done, Suzanne went out of her way to help me with everything that was needed to make the sale .

Suzanne has guided us through two high-priced and complicated real estate acquisitions and in both cases we felt comfortable and well looked after. Most importantly, we came out paying far less than the asking price of each property. She is very prompt and moves through the process and paperwork very quickly. We would highly recommend Suzanne—she’s a great person to have on your side and we would not hesitate to call her again.

Buying a home takes so many things into consideration. It was reassuring and helpful to have Suzanne as an agent. Not only did I get useful feedback, all her resources for inspections were informative, and when I had an issue with the seller it was a relief to know someone else was taking a stand for me. My new place is wonderful and the process flowed easier than anticipated with Suzanne's help.

Suzanne was not only knowledgeable about our market, home and the process we felt that she went above an beyond to negotiate and get our home sold. All while being personal and treated us as we were best friends. She also assisted us with with relocating and finding an agent. She was always looking out for us as a family, helped to keep our processes in our new home moving and running smoothly. We have a new best friend in our family and a fabulous agent we recommend to everyone!

Suzanne is one of the best professionals i know in any trade - period. She is calm, driven, responsive, strategic, ethical, and cheery. What a gifted person. She does not push or steer her customers, but listens and advises as needed. If i had Suzanne as a partner in my other professional endeavors, life would be a smashing success!
