Without Susy not sure we would have made it to closing. Susy muscled her way through a challenging situation and kept her sense of humor and professionalism while working with a demanding buyer (me) and a seller that did not appreciate contractual commitments. In short, upon final inspection the evening before a scheduled 10am close, the seller had not cleared out the unit putting the close at risk. Susie pulled off a miracle by getting the unit cleared by mid-day for a late afternoon close in a highly charged atmosphere. With the unit ours and the drama behind us, Susy set us up with a contractor for a much needed renovation and is now our eye and ears. But beside her dedication, most of all it's been fun working with Susy!

After visiting all the properties and deciding on the right unit she researched the market and advised me on the right initial offer, the seller reasonably countered, we accepted and closed without any challenges.
