Susie was very professional, personable and easy to work with. If I had a question she answered it right away or found the answer for me and texted me with it quickly. I am a single retired woman, so I was a little anxious about not using my own agent, but Susie patiently helped me through each faze of the process. I will recommend her again and again.
Susie is by far the best realtor in the area! She is super knowledgeable about the market, the area, lenders, you name it. She gets right back to you on any questions or concerns you have. She’s relatable and grounded, nothing is too big or small for Susie. I’ve used her for several buys and sells and she makes everything so seamless and positive. She makes what can be a stressful experience anything but stressful! I’ve moved from the area recently but I still consult with Susie on anything real estate because I trust her and she’s so knowledgeable and honest. You want to buy or sell, she is a slam dunk! You can’t find anyone better!
What we went through as the Sellers was quite an ordeal that would take 4 pages to explain. The only shining light in this experience was Susie! Let's start by saying Susie is a fantastic person! I have bought and sold several houses in the last 15 years around the US. Thankfully we found Susie because I do not think anyone was prepared for what the next several months of hurdles that came upon us. I cannot go into details but I am pretty sure most would of given up. Not Susie. Susie went above and beyond what anyone would have done and stuck by our side and continued to get our house sold, this. I actually feel lucky to have met Susie and to know someone is on your side is the best feeling. Susie was always willing and able to meet with us and show us any houses we wanted to look at as well as offering her valued opinion. She made herself available both during the week and anytime during the weekends we wanted to look. Susie has a VERY good understanding of the market as it is changing and helped us get a house that we thought was out of our price range. She suggested the house we ended up buying and worked with the Seller's Realtor the whole way through while keeping us in the loop. I would recommend Susie to ANYONE who is buying or selling a house!
