What we went through as the Sellers was quite an ordeal that would take 4 pages to explain. The only shining light in this experience was Susie! Let's start by saying Susie is a fantastic person! I have bought and sold several houses in the last 15 years around the US. Thankfully we found Susie because I do not think anyone was prepared for what the next several months of hurdles that came upon us. I cannot go into details but I am pretty sure most would of given up. Not Susie. Susie went above and beyond what anyone would have done and stuck by our side and continued to get our house sold, this. I actually feel lucky to have met Susie and to know someone is on your side is the best feeling. Susie was always willing and able to meet with us and show us any houses we wanted to look at as well as offering her valued opinion. She made herself available both during the week and anytime during the weekends we wanted to look. Susie has a VERY good understanding of the market as it is changing and helped us get a house that we thought was out of our price range.
