Susie is simply the best real estate agent I've encountered, and I've known some great ones. She was prompt to set up showings, spent as much time with us as needed, and has a delightful, outgoing personality. She gives excellent, experienced advice, responds to texts and questions immediately, and makes you feel like you are her only and best client. She makes the paperwork and logistical stuff very easy for everyone. And here's what especially set her apart for me: I needed to arrange painters and floorers after the purchase but had to be out of town - she not only recommended experts to hire, but personally met them at the property so they could provide estimates and get the projects going. The people she recommended were fantastic. To me, this is truly above and beyond. Everything about this transaction was positive - even though it was just a small condo we're using as a second home, so probably not the most lucrative property on her list of clients. She's happy to chat about renovations, provide advice or encouragement as needed - and just an all around delightful person. I can't recommend her highly enough!

Susie was very professional, personable and easy to work with. If I had a question she answered it right away or found the answer for me and texted me with it quickly. I am a single retired woman, so I was a little anxious about not using my own agent, but Susie patiently helped me through each faze of the process. I will recommend her again and again.

Let's start by saying Susie is a fantastic person! I have bought and sold several houses in the last 15 years around the US. Thankfully we found Susie because I do not think anyone was prepared for what the next several months of hurdles that came upon us. I cannot go into details but I am pretty sure most would of given up. Not Susie. Susie went above and beyond what anyone would have done and stuck by our side and continued to get our house sold, this. I actually feel lucky to have met Susie and to know someone is on your side is the best feeling.
