Susan was very knowledgeable and guided us through the entire process. We hadn’t done this in a very long time so it all seemed new to us. I was extremely nervous about the whole thing but Susan was extremely patient and was excellent at explaining things and “holding my hand” when needed. She made the entire process easy and seamless. I would highly recommend her to anyone needing to buy or sell a house!
