Susan Wilburn supported us through the entire process of our move in a way that was far beyond what could be reasonably expected of a real estate agent. My wife and I had the privilege of meeting Susan in mid-March, 2025. We were in the early stages of relocating our family from Canada to Kentucky. I was in the middle of the visa application process, and we knew nothing about Kentucky other than its natural beauty. Susan immediately took us under her wing, and seemed to make it her personal mission to make our hopes of home ownership in the US a reality. She leveraged her knowledge of the area by connecting us with mortgage lenders, school boards, and local churches. Susan took the time to help us understand the cost of living in Kentucky and also connected us with local services. Like a quintessential professional, Susan represented our home-buying interests here in Kentucky for 5 months while we sold our home in Canada and prepared to move our family. With almost daily communication, she kept us informed on the market and made recommendations on homes that would best suit our family's overall needs. Even after we were under contract (but still 350 miles away), Susan continued to stay close to the process and regularly checked up on our new build and sent updates and pictures. She also stayed in close contact with the Seller, ensuring that our home would be move-in-ready when we arrived in mid-August. We have been blessed beyond words by Susan's hard work, but we've also been blessed by her big heart and her genuine care and concern for our family.
