Susan Volmerding

We are very happy to have Susan as our agent to sell our personal home at Santa Rosa. We moved out of town last year and rented the property out. An experienced, honest, loyal and hard-working agent is critical for us, and Susan is such a person. She worked with the tenants so that the property could be listed quicker in the market. She worked with all the contractors to make the property look nice to sell. Her contractors did excellent work for reasonable price. Since we are not onsite, she visited the property numerous times. She proactively negotiated and communicated to potential buyers and the buyer agent and kept us updated. Unlike some other real estate agents, she paid a lot attention on details herself.
