Susan has alot of knowledge of the area, and what she does not know will find out. She goes out of her way to do what other will not. It was a great pleasure and experience. Susan will treat you as if you were friends from long ago, its great to feel your speaking with a friend instead of someone who just wants the deal to go thru.
