Susan was amazing from day one! I struggled to find an agent, and then, by the grace if God, Susan showed up! She listened to my needs, sent listings daily, scheduled showings same-day, and sent organized agendas for those showings. She has been available to me every step of the way, and when we found the one, she spent days and nights helping me get to closing. She made calls on my behalf, messaged me reminders, and beyond that, she sent her support and encouragement! Buying a house is no easy task, so I've learned, but Susan did everything she could to lessen my stress. She never pressured/pushed me. She was always on-time with a smile on her face. Susan did an AMAZING job selling our from start to finish. We originally had it listed for sale by owner first for less money for about a month and a half with very little interest. I was told that I could park any trailer at home as long as it was behind the front of the house Had to take my trailer back to Maryland and now have to storage Also was told water flood level was never past pool,was told by next neighbor, it has been 4 ft over pool
