Susan saves the day!

Susan was referred to us after a terrible experience with another realtor. We were first time home buyers and just watched a deal fall through on what we thought was our dream house. We had become discouraged and had personally decided to wait a year while casually looking at available homes. We met with Susan who came prepared with three homes to look at. All three homes worked in our price range without pushing uncomfortable boundaries. We spend time at each home going over pros and cons. Susan’s experience and knowledge took us down all the options for each property. This wasn’t just your average walk through and on to the next house. The last house we looked at was a winner! My husband and I actually forgot all about waiting a year and fell in love. Susan negotiated a great deal with stubborn sellers. We experienced the same level of expertise for the rest of the process. Susan communicated effectively with all parties and answered all questions along the way. Personality wise Susan was fun to work with. Looking back two years later we would still use and recommend Susan.
