Susan was extremely helpful, patient, and willing to answer every question I had regarding this process. I was extremely nervous since this is my first home but Susan was with me the entire process; she became my therapist. She also helped my sister to buy her family house. Susan has become part of our family!!!

Early on in our partnership, Susan asked a colleague to show us a house while she was out of town and he described her as an 'A-Player' - at a level he aspired to be at. I didn't know what that meant at the time, but having worked with other realtors in the past, I see how Susan's attention to the details of our particular circumstances, her knowledge and experience in the industry, and the professional network she has developed as a result brought an incredible value to our experience that ultimately matched us with a home we are incredibly excited about living in for years to come at a price we felt comfortable with.
