Susan Ross went above and beyond when it came to helping us find and close on our first home. As a first time home buyer we were completely clueless when it came to terms, finding a mortgage lender, & everything that comes with buying a home. She was available 24/7 when we had any sort of question or concern and always explained things to us to a tee. I’ve never met someone as knowledgeable as he when it comes to this stuff. She never got annoyed when I asked the same question over and over until I understood either. I never felt uncomfortable asking her about anything since she is super personable. If it wasn’t for Susan I don’t think we would be in the position we are today. She helped us on locking a great deal down and also helped tremendously on finding a Morgage lender that has also been a pleasure to work with. She’s a go getter and will fight for you! We loved working with Susan very much! After closing she’s still helping us with situations we’re running into which has been a huge help and much appreciated.
