My wife and I flew into Savannah from Southern California to look at properties for a second home. Susan met us in the lobby of the hotel the next morning to introduce herself and take us on a tour of homes in Wilmington Island. We were very excited! Susan is a very good Realtor and you can tell by the way she is at ease with clients and her knowledge of the housing market in Savannah areas. I figured that we would look at homes for about five days, but turns out, we found the one early on that day! Susan Contacted the Sellers Realtor and sent up our offer with him. Just that easy! We got the house, pushed for a 15 day escrow and we are now happy owners of a home in Windsor Forest in Savannah! Susan really help us in all ways including referring Insurance agents, utility companies, contractors and so forth. Susan Ross went above and beyond when it came to helping us find and close on our first home. As a first time home buyer we were completely clueless when it came to terms, finding a mortgage lender, & everything that comes with buying a home. She was available 24/7 when we had any sort of question or concern and always explained things to us to a tee. I’ve never met someone as knowledgeable as he when it comes to this stuff. She never got annoyed when I asked the same question over and over until I understood either. I never felt uncomfortable asking her about anything since she is super personable. If it wasn’t for Susan I don’t think we would be in the position we are today.
