I have bought and sold 11 homes in my life-time, and I have never has as pleasant, professional and comfortable experience as the one I had with Susan. She knows her stuff. Susan was available even though I had moved 1000 miles from Savannah. She thought of items which needed service and had them done based on my approval. Without her I don’t know whether I could sold the house so quickly.

Susan and I worked remotely- never having met her. It was such a positive experience. She took the time to actually listen to me. I was relocating from FL beach community and probably was more of a challenge to her because I didn’t have a specifics area to type home. She found me the perfect retirement home in an area I had not even considered and I am so happy where I landed thanks to her. It was tough negotiations at times and she delivered. Hard working and very knowledgeable about the different neighborhoods. She was helpful in buying our first home. Always available to answer any questions. Drove to multiple houses and video called us. We ended up buying a house site unseen. We are so happy with our experience. We have recommended her to friends.

Susan went above and beyond when we moved across state lines. Communicating, texting and setting an entire weekend aside to show us homes. She was professional and always available. She has insight on things I never considered with a home purchase and was always one step ahead of the process.
