Susan is an amazing person. She always had answers to my questions and if she did not know it, she’d find out. She knew exactly what we’re were looking for and never pushed me or my family to get into something just because she wanted to sell us a house. She has helped us to purchase two houses already and I’ll most definitely use her services again.

From the perfect checklist to get our house ready to sell, to her husband taking professional images of our home with his drone, everything was top notch. Susan’s expertise in holding showings in one weekend was invaluable. We had a bidding war with 11 qualified potential buyers and she handled everything for us. We received way over asking price with escalatory addendums and found the perfect buyers for our home and we didn’t lose our interest rate. I would highly recommend Susan. She is professional, personable fun and you can 100% count on her not only to get the job done but to exceed your expectations.
