This is not our first real estate transaction with Susan Pruden, and it certainly won't be our last. Susan always goes above and beyond to make sure every home sale or purchase stays on course and goes as smoothly as possible. She is knowledgeable, extremely patient, and a consummate professional. With Susan we have full confidence that we're in good hands, and we'd trust her with any of our future transactions.

Susan’s familiarity with historic preservation and her knowledge of how to market a unique, historic home was of great importance. I was also impressed by her use of photography and the creation of a postcard mailer, a four-color marketing brochure, and a detailed website for my property. Once I heard Susan’s presentation on how she would approach the sale of the home, I never doubted that she would deliver exactly as promised. Susan is the quintessential real estate professional, but she combines a sensitive and intuitive understanding of human behavior and emotion with her business practices. Mine was an especially emotionally challenging sale of my family’s historic property as I moved toward settling my parents’ estate. Susan was keenly aware that this sale was more than a business transaction, and treated me with great kindness and patience.

She has a great reputation in the community. She is knowledgeable and not pushy. Susan was very easy to work with. She was professional and excellent at presenting options but not influencing my decisions. She has relationships with other realtors and very knowledgeable about the community and current trends.

Susan was very helpful. She really knew the market and was willing to check out comparable when we were contemplating the price. she helped us find local, quick, and reliable contractors to do some minor work, and ultimately an engineer when there was question about the foundation. I also appreciated how hands on she was during more difficult parts of the sale process, such as when she flagged for us that our closings were timed such that the proceeds might not timely arrive. Susan handled all of this well and got a great price for our house. Along the way, she became a friend. Not only did Susan successfully sell our property, she helped us find an great agent for buying Susan has an excellent reputation around town and I was happy to give our business to a neighbor

Susan went above and beyond in helping me navigate the Greenbelt Homes Co Op buying process. She walked me through step by step, and as a first time solo Homebuyer she’s answered all my questions clearly. I would work again with Susan in a heart beat!

Susan is the only person I consider using when buying or selling a home in Cheverly. I'm a repeat customer of Susan. Many people in town recommend her highly. This was a super quick 30 day closing. Susan helped keep everything in motion. It was as stress free as buying a house can be.

The house I had to sell was an estate sale. I was 1100 miles from Maryland and Ms Pruden did more than is usually required from a real estate agent. When I hired someone to clean out the house I asked her to check the house to see if it was cleaned out. She checked it for me and I was able to get it completely cleaned out before it was put up for sale.

Susan is active in the neighborhood, supporting the American Legion, Cheverly Day, and sharing her expertise on the CheverlyExchange listserv. She is a neighbor and an expert on Cheverly. This was the reason I contacted her. She didn't disappoint. We sold our house for full asking price and had three offers in three days.
