Never were we left waiting, always at appointments on time and even earlier to have it ready. Worked with our time schedule which I know wasn't easy. Patience beyond belief! We changed our minds over and over but she reassured us every time. After a very long year we finally found the property for us with susans help that fit all the criteria we originally started with! At that point Susan went into overdrive! She represented us perfectly through the process. Communicated between seller and lending agent with everything they needed. At no point did we feel alone in the process, and now my family gets to enjoy everything we dreamed and I thank Susan for that. Susan has been an amazing agent to work with. We saw our very first "lakehouse" with her. We pursued many options for a house as well as lakes. She was very patient with us and quickly understood exactly what we were looking for. She was very responsive to our needs and we were led back to the first house we saw with her. This has become our new "lakehouse" dream. Not just was Susan a great realtor but she has become a friend as we have laughed and dined our way thru mid Michigan together (along with our husbands).
