Susan Phelps

Susan and Kimi did a phenomenal in selling the house and keeping us all in the loop as to the weekly occurrences. Since both my sister and I are located in the Midwest they visited with my Mom and provided her with updates. Trying to sell a house from long distance is a very difficult task but they both made it less of a burden with their market expertise, professional approach and excellent communication skills.
