She was helpful in getting the flooring installed and getting the walls painted promptly. I appreciated her feedback on color swatches as well as her knowledge of local professional installers. After the updates, she immediately posted new photos on Zillow, and voila! We got an offer. From the initial listing to the closing, Susan answered every question honestly and quickly.
