Our house sat on the market from June 2025 until the new year of 2026 without any leads, calls or bites to buy. I knew it was time to make a switch to a new realtor and I wish I called Susan sooner. From staging our home, to repainting, accent walls, and overall updating the house, Susan did it all to facilitate the deal for our house to get sold.
