Susan is very knowledgeable about market conditions when she lists your home and offers staging services to make it more attractive. She kept me informed during the different stages of the sale and contract. She also furnishes a list of contractors that may be needed after inspection if you need them. This was my second closing with her in a month and she offered cleaning services for my old home to make it ready for the new owners. This was a much appreciated service as I was exhausted from moving into my new home.
