Because we were several hours away, she represented us with the inspection, walk thru and closing keeping our best interests. She continuously communicated with us for all phases and situations.
Susan knew the real estate market extremely well and conducted a market analysis in writing to explain numbers and suggested sales price. Her estimates were spot on and she was extremely helpful throughout the whole process and even afterwards. I have never had a real estate agent so hands on like Susan. She helped stage the house herself (at 11pm because that's the only time that worked for myself and for her) and even made herself available for all important dates such as the appraisal to ensure we got fair market value. We closed quicker than we thought we would and at a price higher than we thought we would get!!! We liked Susan so much we used her to purchase a house after the sale of this property.
