I cannot speak highly enough of Sue Nagel and her excellent team! They did so much more than list our house for sale. Sue has multiple craftsmen and repair people who prepared our house for sale. I thought I might be able to get better pricing by employing a different painter. Boy was I wrong! Her choice was about ½ the cost of mine, and her painters did an excellent & timely job. She also knew best floor refinishers, electricians, plumbers… The list goes on & on. Sue has “got a guy” for everything! Really!!! After all the updates & repairs were done, Sue & her team staged the house tastefully, with a good eye for detail. There was NO additional CHARGE for this service!!! Finally, with the staging complete, the house was ready to go. “Let the showings begin”, and there were plenty of them. We did not live the area, so Sue had to turn on & off the lights in our house for every showing. Was this the end? No, the process continued. When we did get an offer, there were more repairs to be made. Sue & her team made sure the work was done, & done correctly. She communicated with us throughout this process, never once dropping the ball. There were several 11th hour buyer demands. And yes, Sue found the solutions in all cases. We did not even have to attend the closing. Sue represented us. All of the above describes Sue’s conscientious work, however there is one more thing that must be said. Sue is truly trustworthy. She possesses deep integrity. You can rely on her honesty. This is priceless!!! Count yourself fortunate if Sue Nagel & her team assist you in a real estate transaction. They are simply the best!!!

Sue is AMAZING. We were trying to sell our home in a tough market and had another realtor for over a year who only garnered low-ball bids and poor service. Once we sat down with Sue we understood what a professional, honest and hard working realtor should be.
