She provided such good advice that enabled us to sell our home in a week we asked her to help us purchase a home even though it was in an area she was unfamiliar with. No task is too daunting for Susan and she sees everything in real estate as a challenge. She learned the unfamiliar territory in such a short period of time that she ended up advising the native born real estate agent on the comparables for the house we wanted to buy. She is an incredibly good negotiator and very savy yet very personable. As a result of her incredible negotiating skills, we greatly negotiated down the price of the house we purchased.
