As a Realtor in California for 21 years, I was looking forward to turning over the sale of my mother-in-law's lake-home, located in Commerce Township, Michigan, to a local professional. Sue showed additional value as she arranged an immediate session with buyer, seller and contractor for the next day, led the discussion while explaining the options each party was afforded, calmed the room, and worked to a solution.
