Susan knows Cape Cod so well! She's down to earth and comfortable in a variety of environments. Her support for my whole process was so thorough -- she gave me space when we first got started and then we jumped right in when I was ready! She was encouraging even when things got stressful, or we needed to wait a few weeks for next steps. She kept it light & fun, even with stuff like Pest Control and Big Decisions. She was always practical -- and her amazing connections helped out at every step in the process. She was always friendly, never pushy, and really understood my specific wants and needs so well. It was a joy to work with her!!!!
